Alcoholic or bar/restaurant drinks are not included in the Activity Packages and any hotel room-service orders or mini-bars items consumed will need to be settled by you at checkout.

Any sightseeing is also, of course, at your own cost.

As a guest at the hotel you have access to any of their free activities, but all additional hotel activity charges which will be your own responsibility.

Thursday Welcome Dinner (Optional and extra cost)

While Alfesta officially runs from Friday to Monday, many attendees arrive Thursday afternoon or early evening. Accordingly, we have planned a welcome dinner on Thursday for those  who want a "hassle-free" meal upon arrival.

This is an optional add-on to your standard Alfesta Activity Package and is a small additional cost of $35 per adult ($20 per child). Drinks will be at your own expense.

Please advise if you wish to attend the Thursday night welcome dinner when you make your booking.

Day Visitors

Most people agree that staying "in-house" allows you to get the most out of your Alfesta experience. Accordingly, Alfesta is primarily organised, packaged and priced with "in-house" attendees in mind, some of whom will be travelling from as far away as Tasmania and Western Australia for this event.

That said, our intention is to provide as much opportunity as possible for local Club members to attend - even if it is for just one activity. We are, however, limited by the capacity of some of the venues at which we are booked.

Post Alfesta Tour

A "Post Alfesta Tour" has been organised if you want to head off from Alfesta with a group of like-minded Alfisti. This is an optional event for which you will need to book and pay separately.
